Product information and ordering

Review the selected model, options, quantity, delivery address and final total at checkout before paying. Contact us if you need a product video, installation instructions or a dimension drawing. Every product has its own video available from customer service. For bulk purchases, contact us to confirm availability and scheduling.

Shipping and delivery

We serve the contiguous 48 United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders to these destinations, including Oversized/Freight and bulk orders. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and destinations outside the United States are not currently included.

Standard orders are dispatched within 7 calendar days after order confirmation. An order is confirmed when payment and any necessary verification are complete. Estimated transit time is 14–21 calendar days after dispatch, for an estimated total delivery time of about 21–28 calendar days after order confirmation. Transit and total delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Custom orders and bulk orders with a separately agreed written schedule follow that schedule; contact customer service to confirm availability and timing.

Breeze & Beam handles export and import customs clearance and covers import duties and import taxes. U.S. sales tax is separate from these import charges; any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Standard deliveries are made to your doorstep. Products or orders marked Oversized/Freight, particularly large bulk orders, may be delivered curbside instead. Standard shipping remains free for these orders to the contiguous 48 United States. See our Shipping policy for tracking, address changes and delivery issues.

Returns, refunds and warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer service within that period to arrange your return or exchange and before sending any item. Returns are sent to our registered business address in China; contact us to confirm the shipping arrangements for your case.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer pays return shipping. Breeze & Beam pays return shipping for returns due to quality issues. Contact customer service before sending an item so we can confirm the return arrangements.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. For approved returns, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after the inspection is complete. This is the time to initiate the refund, not a promise that the funds will reach your account within 10 days; your payment provider determines when they appear.

Our fan lights come with a 2-year warranty. Contact us with your order number, model details and photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will assess the problem and provide the next steps. See our Returns and warranty policy for details.

Installation

Use a qualified electrician and follow the model's installation instructions. Contact us before installation if you need the instructions or dimension drawing.
