Product information and ordering

Review the selected model, options, quantity, delivery address and final total at checkout before paying. Contact us if you need a product video, installation instructions or a dimension drawing. Every product has its own video available from customer service. For bulk purchases, contact us to confirm availability and scheduling.

Shipping and delivery

We serve the contiguous 48 United States. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders to these destinations. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and destinations outside the United States are not currently included.

Order preparation takes approximately 1 week, followed by approximately 4 weeks of shipping transit after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 5 weeks. Returns, refunds and warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer service within that period to arrange your return or exchange and before sending any item. Returns are sent to our registered business address in China; contact us to confirm the shipping arrangements for your case.

After a return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome with you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when they appear in your account.

Our fan lights come with a 2-year warranty. Contact us with your order number, model details and photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will assess the problem and provide the next steps. See our Returns and warranty policy for details.

Use a qualified electrician and follow the model's installation instructions. Contact us before installation if you need the instructions or dimension drawing.
