30-day return requests
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer service within this period to arrange your return or exchange. Include your order number, the item and the reason for your request. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Our fan lights come with a 2-year warranty. If a problem occurs, contact us with your order number, model details and photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will assess the problem and provide the next steps for warranty support.

Use a qualified electrician and follow the model's installation instructions. If you need the instructions or dimension drawing, contact us before installation.
