We serve the contiguous 48 United States. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders to these destinations. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and destinations outside the United States are not currently included.
Before you order
Order preparation takes approximately 1 week. Shipping transit takes approximately 4 weeks (about one month) after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 5 weeks, including preparation. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For bulk orders, please contact customer service to confirm availability and scheduling.
Tracking your shipment
Once your order has shipped and a tracking number is available, you can check its progress using 17TRACK. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us promptly with your order number if an address needs to change, a delivery is delayed, or a package arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and take clear photos of any damage so our team can help.
